TODAY'S RECIPE IS Rose Rasgulla | Sponge Rasgulla Recipe | Rose Flavor Pink Rasgulla | Yummy

INGREDIENTS:
Milk 1 litre
Bring it to a boil
Low the flame
Vinegar + water 2 tbsp (each)
Milk starts curdled
Wash it cold water
Squeeze
Hang for 15 mins
Pink food color (optional)
Knead 5-7 mins
Make ball
Sugar 1 cup
Rose essence 1/2 tsp
Water 3 cup
Bring it to a boil
Cook it on medium flame for 15 mins
Let it cool down

NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
