My experiences in life have molded me to train in a way that will create this effect. While most approaches to strength and muscle building are effective, this specific approach has its advantages. The closer we get to the root the more time and energy are saved. This is why I enjoy forms of training that improve the contractile capabilities of my muscles, strengthen my tendons, and improve my mind-muscle connection.
