St. Vincent withdraws rezoning request for land at 96th Street and Spring Mill Road in Carmel

In order to address community concerns, St. Vincent said Tuesday that it is withdrawing its rezoning application for 30 acres of land at 96th Street and Spring Mill Road in Carmel. However, the health system says it will continue to move forward with the land purchase for the proposed $1 billion medical center.
