BLV 5: Nosferatu (1922)

I’ve found a copy of the iconic 1922 silent film Nosferatu to examine this Halloween season. If you’ve seen this movie before, did you find it chilling? And if you haven’t, it’s available to view in the public domain. With a remake due for release in a few brief months, now is an excellent time to check out the original.

NOTE: I am aware that more recent editions of the movie have been remastered to provide better visual quality. The copy in my possession has an older, more grainy appearance to it, however, and I find myself fond of it.
