#workfromhome #digitalnomad #workabroad #expat #relocation #nicaragua For many the journey to move from the office to working from home to being able to start an expat adventure and relocate to the country of their dreams can be a daunting one and one of the scariest moment can be telling your employer that you will be out of the country, indefinitely. But let's ask a very simple question: why are you telling them that when it is likely none of their business? And if you are telling them that, did you use correct terminology? Almost every story that I hear of people talking to their HR or boss about becoming a digital nomad includes terminology that is wrong, or at least wrong in the context and creates a guaranteed negative outcome for a situation that likely doesn't even exist.
