STRAWBERRY BASIL

Sweet, bitter and fruity. This summer cocktail is an exquisite symphony of flavors.

The aromas of strawberries come into their own in the Campari. You will be surprised how well basil harmonizes with the other ingredients here.

Don’t worry, the taste definitely doesn’t remind you of a pizza margarita.

Recipe:
45ml-1.5oz TEQUILA BLANCO
22.5ml-0.75oz STRAWBERRY INFUSED CAMPARI
22.5ml-0.75oz TRIPLE SEC
30ml-1oz LIME JUICE
15ml-0.5oz HIBISCUS SYRUP
6 BASIL LEAVES

Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into ice filled and salt rimmed rocks glass.
