Ollama GUIs that make working with LLMs that much nicer

I've been trying to get this one out, but it has been a pain in the backside. I finally got a good sounding one and here we are. This is a few I could recommend people try. If you want to keep track of your chats without needing to do it manually and easily go back to, these are really good options, except for that one.
