Winter Workout Woes

Finding it hard to warm up at the gym during these chilly months ❄️❄️❄️ I'm not a sweaty person, so upper body days can be a struggle for me. Even on leg days, I don't sweat much. The cold temperature at the gym makes it even harder to get warm and affects my performance.
