This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Tributing 3 monsters you control. Once per turn, you can select 1 monster your opponent controls and equip it to this card (you can only equip 1 monster at a time to this card). This card gains ATK equal to half the equipped monster's original ATK and gains the equipped monster's effects. While "D - Force" is face-up on top of your Deck, the effects of all face-up Effect Monsters your opponent controls are negated. In addition, negate the activation and effects of your opponent's Spell and Trap Cards that target a card(s) you control, and destroy them.
