How the United States helped finance China by approving over 1,000 patents of Communist Chinese entities

The US helped finance and approved about 1,000 patents of Chinese entities.

US Congressman John Molinar, chairman of the House of Representatives' Special Committee on China Affairs, wrote in response, "It is alarming that US taxpayers have unknowingly funded over 1,000 patents filed by Chinese entities, with the Ministry of Defense responsible for nearly 100 of these patents."
