Is Remigration Really Possible

Remigration, while once a fringe issue, is now being mooted in countries across Europe as many countries realise that mass migration hasn't worked out as promised, and as many countries are seeing natives outnumbered in their towns and cities. Yet what is meant by remigration, who has to leave, and would said people leave anyway?
