‘Iran Has NOT Delivered Missiles to Russia’: Araghchi Blasts EU for ‘Appeasing Israel’s Blackmail’

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has firmly denied allegations that Iran has supplied ballistic missiles to Russia, following reports of impending European Union sanctions related to these claims. In a post on X (formerly Twitter), Araghchi reiterated, “Iran has NOT delivered missiles to Russia,” emphasising that military cooperation between Iran and Russia predates the Ukraine conflict.Araghchi criticised European nations for using the missile allegations as a pretext to appease Israel, accusing them of hypocrisy for supplying advanced weapons to Israel while attempting to impose restrictions on Iran. He urged European leaders to seek alternative narratives rather than succumbing to what he termed "Israel's blackmail."
