Clay County voters head to the polls for Northland special election
6 years ago
Tuesday Clay County voters will head to the polls for a special election as Republicans try to hold on to a vacant seat in the Missouri Senate. The seat would increase the small Democratic presence in the Senate should that party win. Polls opened at 6 a.m. Republican state Rep. Kevin Corlew and Democratic state Rep. Lauren Arthur have spent a significant amount of money on this race trying to win Northland constituents’ votes.
