Unusual friendships in the animal world are simply the best! No matter how many I’ve already seen, every time I run into a story like this, my heart instantly melts! Just take a look at this video, and you’ll see why! This video is actually a short but lovely story about a hen and a deer who become the best of friends. They like to meet each other every afternoon in the backyard of the hen’s home. The deer usually comes when the sun is mild and loves to lay down in the grass and wait for his feathered friend. When the hen shows up, he kindly greets her by nodding his head. Then she comes near and slowly walks around him. She likes to peck grass in his company, but from time to time, she loves to peck him too, just for laughs! I can’t really say if this is all true, but that’s the way how I this beautiful friendship! LOL!
