Creamy Garlic Chicken Breast Recipe with Mashed Potatoes

CREAMY GARLIC CHICKEN BREAST WITH MASHED POTATOES RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:-

Chicken Breast – 2
Black Pepper – ½ tsp
Garlic Cloves – 5 to 6
Lemon Juice – Half Lemon
Grated Nutmeg – a small size
Dried Parsley – ¼ tsp
Cooking Cream – ½ Cup
Onion – 1 Medium
Water – ½ Cup
Chicken Stock – 1
Oregano – 1 tsp
Olive Oil – 1 tbsp
Butter – 40g
Salt – ½ tsp

Mashed Potatoes Ingredients:-
Boiled Potatoes – 5 to 6
Garlic Cloves – 3
Black Pepper – ¼ tsp
Milk – ½ Cup
Butter – 30g
Salt – 1 tsp

Note :- For Mashed Potatoes , in ½ Cup of Milk add 30g of Butter and keep it in Microwave to Melt the butter.
