Reconstruction of the Phoenix club is going quite well, and a family fun day is organized to raise awareness of the rebuilding. Not fitting the theme, an inflatable that looks like an erect penis is nailed down to the ground and covered up, but it escapes from its cover and explodes, shocking everyone. Elsewhere, Max and Paddy go to France to stock up on booze, picking up two Chinese immigrants on the way.
