Jerry St Clair has booked out a psychic for the club, but fire and safety officer (and suspected dog molester), Keith Lard, shuts the club down for being unsafe. Brian and Ray Von figure out a way of getting the club re-opened, and everything seems fine - until Brian is forced to refund all of his guests after the psychic tells a bit more about the future than anyone would like.
