Faithful Word Baptist Church was founded by Pastor Steven L. Anderson on Christmas Day, 2005, in Tempe, Arizona, and continues to lead the congregation in the heart of the Phoenix area. He was sent out by Regency Baptist Church in Sacramento, California, to start a New Testament church dedicated to preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ worldwide.

Expect no contemporary or liberal messages here—Faithful Word Baptist Church is an old-fashioned, independent, fundamental, King James Bible-only, hellfire, and damnation, soul-winning Baptist Church committed to spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ and teaching God’s Word without compromise. We stand firmly on the unshakable truths of the word of God and the timeless values of traditional Christianity.

Pastors Berzins, Pozarnsky, Jones, Robinson - shame on you for answering a matter before hearing the full evidence, the Bible literally calls you fools! Pastor Alvarez, well you're just a bozo. Destroyed a perfectly good church in weeks. You are the Robert Mugabe of the IFB.

    Because of this incident, maybe Arizona will fix this law, too - thankfully, Pastor Anderson got out as soon as he did. I personally was once a County Clerk in Texas, and I can attest that the paperwork between the Clerk's office and the mental health institutions moves at snail speed, mostly because there is only a HANDFUL of seasoned employees and attorneys that know what to do with that paperwork (and I mean from all offices...). And believe me, it's not just one person's paperwork being handled - multiple people are being processed, and some who are not just from your county (at least in Texas, there are only 10 State Hospitals, and 3 Crisis Stabilization Units, and my town has one of each...) so we would process paperwork from both units and it would normally hit at 10AM. Then we had to wait for the County Atty's office to review the paperwork which didn't take very long (if that specific atty was there that day, and thankfully he was) and we'd assign a defense atty to the patient, and it was whichever atty picked up their phone that day. Also, be thankful this happened on a regular WEEKDAY!!! 72 hours just so happens to allow for a weekend or "over the holidays" extradition... God Bless Pastor Anderson and FWBC!! Amen!!!

    20 years ago when our youngest was 3 we had CPS called on us maliciously. It was the most traumatic and stressful experience of my life. I cannot imagine what you are going through. Praying for you and your family. Live and prayers from West Texas❤️🙏🏻
