Why Doesn't God Appear To Everyone???

Paul went from Christian killer to writing a huge part of the New Testament. What changed him? Jesus appeared to him in a fantastic vision and it completely transformed him.

Many people wonder why Jesus doesn't just appear to EVERYONE, like He did to Paul. Wouldn't everyone believe in Him then?

Nope, they wouldn't... consider ALL the miracles God performed for the Israelites in the Old Testament... He parted the Red Sea and fed them manna every day, led them with a column of fire, and hundreds of other miracles. Yet they still rejected Him.

We would do the same. Even if He appeared to us in some crazy miraculous vision, most of us would still reject Him. It is human nature!

God only bestows Damascus Road awakenings upon those whose hearts will be fully His. Even though God gives us all free choice to choose or reject Him, He knows beforehand who will completely surrender their lives to Him like Paul.

Besides, none of us have any excuse... Psalm 19:1 says "the heavens tell of the glory of God; And their expanse declares the work of His hands." Proof of God surrounds us every day. Yet so many people reject Him. Don't make that same mistake... choose Jesus!
