The Russian Defence Minister heard reports from the garrison commander on the status of the existing funds and the prospects for the development of the military base, and gave a number of instructions for the preparation of a comprehensive plan for the improvement of the garrison.
It was reported to the Head of the Russian Defence Ministry that, within the framework of the ongoing programme for the development of the Marine formation until 2030, it had been planned to build storage zones for weapons and military hardware, missile and artillery depots, residential houses, and barracks.
