Boil Quinoa:
Quinoa - 1 cup washed
Water - 2 cups
Salt - 1 tsp

Salad Dressings ingredients:
Olive oil - 2 Tbsp
Lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
Lemon zest - 1 pinch
Salt - 1/2 tsp
