Investment banker, former HUD official, and founder of the Solari Report (
@solari_the) Catherine Austin Fitts describes on a recent episode of the
@ChildrensHD series Financial Rebellion how Mr. Global (i.e. the controllers of the world's financial, political, and military systems) have "changed the [economic] model" so that "a shrinking population generates economic growth." Fitts proceeds to show a—now infamous—clip of BlackRock CEO Larry Fink telling a World Economic Forum (WEF) audience that "AI and technology...will...be able to elevate the standard of living of countries, the standard of living of individuals, even with shrinking populations."

Fitts describes how there has been an ongoing "financial coup" in the U.S. since the mid '90s, and she has, elsewhere, outlined how the Department of Defense (DOD) has stolen $20 trillion of taxpayer money. (See tweet 2.)

Using a portion of this money, the DOD has executed on a plan to lower life expectancy in the U.S. using, in large part, the injectable bioweapons known as "COVID vaccines." (See tweet 3.)

Not only has the DOD lowered life expectancy in the U.S. by murdering lots of people with the COVID bioweapon injections, but it has also managed to lower birthrates—an effort that Fitts traces back decades, when the mass-scale robbery of the U.S. taxpayers by the DOD began. This effort to crush birthrates has been highlighted with the COVID bioweapon injections, which have horrendous effects on women's reproductive systems and their fertility. (See tweets 4, 5, and 6.)

"All throughout the financial coup, I kept saying, 'Look, if we don't deal with this and balance the books, they're gonna have to essentially lower life expectancy.' And what I described in Musings on the Department of Defense, is, in fact, fertility rates in the United States are crashing. Our life expectancy is crashing relative to the other 19 top industrialized countries."

Fitts goes on to show a clip of BlackRock CEO Larry Fink describing for a WEF audience that:

"These countries [with shrinking populations] will rapidly develop robotics and AI and technology. And it's a promise, I didn't say it's going to happen, but as a promise of all that, [it] transforms productivity...we'll be able to elevate the standard of living of countries, the standard of living of individuals, even with shrinking populations."

Fink adds: "So the paradigm of negative population growth is going to be changing. And the social problems that one will have in substituting humans for machines is going to be far easier in those countries that have declining populations."
