Alex Jones provides video, news articles and government documents that show that the US government can control the weather. The Stanford Research Certification in the late 1960s shows that the Pentagon, in association with the Department of Energy, can completely control hurricanes, and can create, strengthen, steer, weaken or kill them. He was the first person to fly into a typhoon and seed the clouds.
