When Denise Caldon Sorkness went to recieve the spousal benefits the VA had paid the wrong person due to fraudulent documents being submitted to remove Denise from the spousal benefits. Denise fought the VA for 28 years and has finally won this life long battle. Just another example of what a red tape beuracratic system can do to a Veteran and their family.
