Challenging Ideocism: The Need for Critical Thinking

Ideocism is the word that I put forward for the Wokeabulary.

To define its opposite would be a logical, informed, free-think mind. One is always trying to learn and debate. It is essentially open-minded and rational. People with values and life experience are prepared to make sacrifices in their journey through life.

Ideocism is where a person has very few values and puts their beliefs and opinions in front of what values they do have. Their main characteristics are instant gratification and being highly judgmental. They are integral beings run by their emotions and are, for the most part, quite bitter and angry. They apoosed alternate ideas and beliefs. They have no problem insulting anyone, yet they have decided that anyone who offends them must be immediately labelled and denounced by society, lest their feelings get hurt.
