Ripe Dragon Fruit!

Two days after Hurricane Milton screamed through here, our last Dragon Fruit is fully ripe and just gorgeous!
It was pretty amazing to watch these dragon fruit through the hurricane because they didn't get smacked around like other plants do their shape is seemingly very aerodynamic and they just softly waved and 100 mile an hour wind. that fruit had no problems staying on their we had gusts up to 120 and we had consistent winds, for a couple of hours, that were 100 mph... at least.
Those dragon fruit plants just softly waved even with that big heavy fruit on it.
We have eaten a couple of this variety so far and that variety is probably the least flavorful of all the ones that we have, but the flavor is incredible on them.
it has a very slight lemon flavor to it, bright and sweet... just delicious!
I believe that variety is physical graffiti.
