Man's 911 Call Ends in His Own Arrest with this Strange Behavior

On January 3, 2023 in Florida, officers responded to a civil complaint regarding auto work not being completed. When they arrived at the business, the complainant displayed signs of being under the influence of narcotics. This is body cam footage of the events that followed.
