Twin Lakes, MN City Atty tries to claim this is harassment, intimidation, etc. YOU DECIDE!

Plaintiff in video is suing the city after waiting MONTHS for a Public Data Request. City Clerk in video, a 9-1-1 Dispatcher, is very part time with no specific hours so you have to see her carto know you can talk to city hall. Plaintiff has a standing invitation to visit. After this video, City Aty tried to send a "Trespass Notice" barring Plaintiff from City Hall.
