The Cross Silences the Pride of Mankind

I Corinthians 1:26-31

Today we conclude chapter one zeroing in on the pride of man as to why God came in my stealth with the cross, so that mankind would not continue to worship scholars, philosophers and so-called religious experts, but would instead embrace the cross. As a result, by God doing this, man's pride has been silenced!
