The modern business principles of efficient and secure,compassionate governance is vital to the best interests of our nation.

No more should our government be willfully unresponsive to the collective will of our citizens.

For starters, some agencies should be to perform their mission in a fast paced 24 hour - 7 day a week environment.

In all agencies I would like to introduce first, the concept of triage governance in both Congress and the Veterans Disability branch of the Veterans Affairs Department.

With Congress, there seems to be a haphazard, unorganized, and easily manipulated ability to either stall, subvert, or to intentionally tamper with the order and stated purpose in which Bills are created and brought to the floor of the House of Representatives.

An intensive and methodical study needs to be implemented in this regard.

This should begin with both Congress and the Veterans Administration.

In Congress, the most sensible factors in ordering completed Bills to the floor for passage should be heavily weighted towards providing the American People an ever strengthening Military Defense to ensure National Security.

Other factors can also include the clearly stated intention of Bills which would be forwarded to a politically neutral and transparent business concern with the patriotic oversight of a small , fully vetted, group of preeminently qualified personnel. The tie breaker or final authority can rest with the Attorney Generals Office or with the Vice President before going either backwards to the house floor again or forwarded to the Senate.

The details of this process should be sensibly channeled into an acceptable flow chart format which cannot be derailed by either passive - aggressive politics or any type of outside influence.

By doing so, the Bill writing and presentation to the Senate and then onward to the Senate floor can be made more streamlined and less likely to fail in providing for both National Security and the betterment of the public’s best interests.

Line item veto power by a specially vetted judicial official from the Supreme Court.

Alcohol and Drug testing for both House of Representatives and Senators.

Mandatory Compliant Lie Detector testing to be in effect in ALL Congressional Hearings, along with good cause questioning of any political appointees, aids, etc. I would urge this because if you’ve done anything wrong, the principal of efficiency is good enough reason for this if only to fix and/or litigate
all parties involved to help prevent and alleviate areas of Fraud, Waste, and Abuse.

In short, Congress needs to report for work ready to perform their duties.

Congressional Vacation time should be cut in half in order to perform their sacred duty to the American People. While on Vacation they may not leave the country. At every step of the way, the repeated robbery of the hard earned taxpayer dollars from the Federal Budget should be made less and less attractive from self serving entities who obviously work to oppose the collective will of the American People.

A list of prohibited entities of untoward influence can be
created by which demonstrable elimination of contact can be established between empowered government officials, their offices and staff, and even political parties can be essentially severed.
