Since 1993 my Totally Christian Karate curriculum has taught its’ students humane and effective self defense.
This program teaches the non-competitive, non-athletic to be able to deal with others in a confident but loving way and to be able to humanely and effectively defend themselves with self-control. Increased focus, concentration and first time obedience are also obtained.
This is accomplished through a unique style of mixed martial arts. Seamlessly training the body, soul and spirit at the same time.
