Governor signs law in memory of west side teen who died from carbon monoxide poisoning

Governor Eric Holcomb ceremonially signed Savannah’s Law Monday, which will allow fire departments to test vehicular carbon monoxide levels free of charge to Hoosiers. Savannah Bettis was tragically killed as a result of carbon monoxide poisoning on June 4, 2015.
