Rep Cory Mills - Quick Update Day 2: Hurricane Milton Curfew was lifted at 8am in Volusia but beware of downed power lines, deadfall trees, and standing water. Flight restrictions were lifted at 11am after that our helos relocated and search and rescue teams are in the area to do further assessments and look at heavy damage or heavy debris areas. Will monitor St John’s and surrounding lake levels as we can see a rise/ surge for many days after storm passes before crests.
Will update with supply drop locations and forecasts later today. We have generators going to Seminole and supplies to both counties.
