How to Make Your Own Italian Sausage (NO Pork!)

Italian Sausage Ingredients:
For each pound of ground meat (elk, venison, turkey, chicken, beef, any one or blend of any) add:
*1 Tablespoon fennel seed (ground or whole)
*1 Tablespoon granulated garlic
*1 Tablespoon granulated onion
1 Tablespoon red pepper flakes (optional)
*1 tsp oregano
*1 tsp rosemary
*1 tsp salt
Options:
*If planning to shape the sausage, also add one egg and 1/8 – 1/4 cup any kind of flour
*If using all wild meat, add 1 Tablespoon olive oil
