Roundabout construction begins at Keystone and 96th Street

f you drive through Carmel, get ready. Major traffic changes that are part of the city's 96th Street Corridor Improvement Project begin on Monday, June 4. Crews will begin building the ramps for a major new interchange that will elevate Keystone Parkway over 96th Street.
