Cyberpunk 2077 Nomad Ep159 - Run This Town (No Commentary)

Another random NPC in the street suddenly coming up with these vague comments and following V around. Last one I remember was in an alleyway near the Moth bar.

Are these all tied together in any meaningful way or are they just random, not meant to lead on to anything at all?

At least we're using the behavioural imprint again, playing a little game for Hands by impersonating a really interesting character. Why couldn't this thing have been utilized more? It only shows up for the latter half of Phantom Liberty and only once more in this job for Hands, beyond that its just a cheap way to wipe off your wanted level...
