Ingredients:

One kilogram of potatoes
One tablespoon of salt
Olive oil

Instructions:

Start by peeling the kilogram of potatoes and cutting each one into four wedges.

Place the potato wedges in a pot and add 1 tablespoon of salt.

Cover the potatoes with water and bring them to a boil. Boil for 12 minutes.

After boiling, carefully remove the potatoes

Transfer the potatoes to a large mixing bowl.
