What does it mean when we want to find the best doctor?

I wanted to discuss something that almost all of us will deal with or have dealt with in our lifetime. When we look for a doctor, we always say we want to find the best. But what does that mean? What are we looking for when we want the best? And once we answer that question, doesn’t that provide a wonderful analogy for another big event coming up in our country?
