Today we discuss a contentious issue: Which Bible translation is the best? We compare the #NASB95 and the #KJV, and give pros and cons for each side of the debate for these translations.

The NASB95 and KJV are beloved formal equivalence translations, but how are they different? Which one should you use? The information provided will hopefully assist you in navigating this sometimes complex issue.

Corrections:
At 6:25, "along those lines" is an understatement. Doctrinal variations comprise less than 1% between the Textus Receptus and the modern Critical Text.
At 31:58, the NASB95 includes Matthew 17:21 in brackets, and the ESV omits the verse but includes a footnote. The NASB95 and ESV remove "and fasting" from Mark 9:29, and only the ESV has it footnoted.

TLDR: Both translations are acceptable.
