Kamala Harris made a seamless speech during a FEMA hurricane update. And by seamless, we mean a creaking word salad preceded by covering her mouth and reminding someone that ‘it’s a live broadcast’.

Who was she talking to? Her staff? Herself? A giant pink rabbit only she can see?
