Storm Shield Forecast morning update 6/4/18

Bakersfield looks to top out at 101 this afternoon with the low 100s for most of the valley and the Kern Desert too. The Kern River Valley will top out in the mid-90s with the mid-80s in the south mountains of Tehachapi and Frazier Park.
