Stop doing nutrition wrong❌

Most people think that you have to measure every calorie, bring a food scale with you everywhere you go, you have to stay on a diet until the day you die in order for you to make any type of progress🚨

These are all “bodybuilding propaganda” and it does not need to be the truth👇

Unless you’re planning to compete professional competition, I do not suggest anything of the above❌

Even though you might wanna track your Nutrition in the beginning, so you get an overview of what you’re actually eating🥇

You probably wanna get away from that as fast as possible. We Dancer already have a lot of pressure on our bodies our minds and some of us has “scars” from the past🥲

I really like to keep my things as simple as possible. And I provide similar solutions for my students🏆

Unless you absolutely want to I see no point in bringing a food scale to measure your food when you’re at dance festivals (if you wanna be that guy/girl then that’s up to you)👍

It’s just not how I wanna live my life🤷‍♀️
