WHY YOU’RE FAILING TO SCALE YOUR BUSINESS 👇

❌Failing customer retention is one of the top 3 main reasons people can not scale their business. Many business models from the start already set themselves up for failure. This is because they involve having the business owner pay them for a service. The problem with this is the business owner really wants whatever service they are paying for to be built inside of their business and so eventually they will want to bring whatever service you are providing in house. Regardless of how good of a job you do eventually they will leave, because as they get more successful and get better results from your service they are going to be making more and more money from their business, and eventually they will have enough money to just bring the service you are providing for them under their own roof of their business. This is a major problem as well because this means you can not get an optimal percentage of net profit margin, because the higher your prices are the quicker and shorter you will have that customer, because they will be more and more inclined to stop working with you because they realize it would be cheaper just to bring the employees in house. How to fix this:

1. Instead of providing a service to a business, let’s take equity in companies, help them build whatever service they need help with under their own business. This will allow you to charge very high prices, with phenomenal net profit margins, a much longer contract and equity involves much more money for you to gain, this will fix customer retention problems because you are partnered up with them in their own business, and you are giving them exactly want they want for a lifetime which means you have a customer for a lifetime. You are not just a quick temporary service provide they are going to use for a year or two. You are a lifetime partner. You will have no problem getting them to agree to this because every other business that is offering to help them with the same service as you have been absolutely put to shame by you, because you have gotten rid of the two fears off:
