On Day 244 of sobriety, I reflect on the ongoing state of war around the world, and it’s difficult to escape the constant news. These thoughts lead me to the legacy of Alfred Nobel, the Swedish inventor of dynamite, who later regretted his creation being used for destructive purposes. He established the Nobel Peace Prize as a means of promoting peace, but it’s ironic that, at times, the prize is awarded to figures whose connection to peace seems questionable. These are strange and turbulent times, but I hope we can all stay calm and pull through.

As for the music, Dan Vasc and Biggie Phanrath deliver a powerful metal cover of Adele’s "Rolling In The Deep." Adele is an extraordinary artist, and it’s amazing to see this iconic track reimagined with such energy and intensity. I truly enjoyed this rendition—it’s always exciting to hear new takes on timeless songs!
