Throngs of protesters rallied in New York City joining the "Flood NYC for Palestine" event organised by activist groups. Demonstrators waved Palestinian flags, pounded drums, and shouted slogans against Israel's genocide in Gaza. The rally came a year after the October 7 Hamas attack on southern Israel that unleashed the brutal war on the enclave.
