Persip claims that the culture on Kiwi Farms has changed radically from back when he used to use the website, claiming Josh has banned so many people over the years it is unrecognizable. He goes on to say users plan things against "cows" in private which goes against the spirit of the website and that Josh will passively signal to his users who to go after. Big if true!
