New Trees (4) : Baptism of the Holy Ghost

The Baptism of the Holy Spirit is a subsequent experience to being born again, that is, the New Birth. It is the same Holy Spirit, just a different manifestation for a different purpose. While the first is for Character, the second is for Power. None of us can be the Witness for Jesus in the earth we should and could be without the Power of the Holy Spirit. And yes! If you are Filled. . . you will Speak. . . in New Tongues. . . like those in the Bible did –
