Man convicted of killing six people up for parole for 4th time

A man convicted of killing six people with a package bomb made from dynamite is up for parole for a fourth time. At his Monday hearing, the family of those he killed plans to petition the Kansas Prisoner Review Board to keep Danny Crump in prison.
