Florida's Tampa metropolitan area is home to about 3.1 million people. And for the first time in over a century, it's in the path of a major hurricane. Residents have one final day to evacuate or hunker down before the "catastrophic" Category 5 storm is predicted to hit, delivering a life-threatening storm surge.
