Iran Mulls Joint 'Axis Of Resistance' Headquarters In New Pact Aimed At 'Threat From US, Israel'

Iran is planning to sign a “defence-security” treaty with its “axis of resistance” allies amid heightened tensions with the US and Israel. The Iranian Parliament’s National Security and Foreign Policy Commission discussed a proposed legislation in this regard on Oct.8. Once finalized, the bill will be submitted to parliament for consideration, as per Iranian state media reports. Iran seeks to create a “common defense structure designed to counter external threats, particularly from the US and Israel.”
